This website is operated by MarketNest LLC, 2595 State Route 228, Alpine, NY 14805. "We", "us" and "our" refer to MarketNest LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the payment method used is yours or that you have permission to use it.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, a pricing or description error has occurred, payment is declined, or we suspect fraud or resale abuse.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Promotions and promo codes

One promotional code applies per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value, cannot be applied retroactively, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Percentage discounts apply to the item subtotal before shipping and tax.

6. Product descriptions

We describe fabrics, sizing and colours as accurately as we can. Screen calibration can affect colour rendering, and measurements may vary by up to half an inch across a size run. Such variation is not a defect.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping access to your device secure. Account information you save in this shop is stored in your own browser.

8. Returns

Intimate apparel returns are subject to hygiene conditions set out in our returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photography, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to MarketNest LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping for commercial purposes, no attempts to interfere with its operation or security, and no submitting unlawful or offensive content through our forms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, strikes or supply shortages.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the courts of Schuyler County, New York have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.
