- Order information: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, items purchased and order value.
- Account information: the profile details, saved addresses and wishlist items you choose to store.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we never store full card numbers.
- Support messages: the content of emails and contact form submissions.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
- To answer support enquiries and provide fit advice (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails where you have subscribed (consent, withdrawable anytime).
- To detect fraud, keep the site secure and meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax requirements. Account and marketing data are kept until you ask us to delete them or after three years of inactivity. Support messages are kept for two years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or that we stop selling or sharing personal information (we do not). California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights, and UK/EU residents may exercise UK GDPR and GDPR rights, without discrimination in price or service.

Children

International transfers
We are based in the United States, so data you provide is processed in the US. Where data is transferred from the UK or EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.
